A) you can simply use a piece of string and a ruler or a tape measure to measure your wrist circumference.
Take measurement 1 inch back from your wrist bone.

A) for the stainless steel> its very durable and resistant corrosion and rust , a quick rub with some very high grit polish on a microfibre cloth every now will help keep it shining bright like new .

For the silicon bronze and mixed metals > keep dry , do not take them swimming in salt water or chlorinated water.
If you do expose it to the elements a quick rub with a high grit polish on a microfibre cloth will bring it back to its former glory .
